All of us have lived complicated lives.
I came into this work frustrated by the mainstream approach to wellbeing. The establishment's idea of health felt disconnected from the spirit. I wanted something sacred and transformative.
Many of us don't want to be therapized. We want to be seen. We want help, but we don't want someone digging around where we've built barriers to protect our psyches. I get that.
Healing isn't about erasing our past traumas. It's about reclaiming the life force we've used to protect our psyches. That energy doesn't disappear; it waits. And when we begin the inner clean-up, we free it. We remember who we are. We come alive, feel more connected, more energized, more joyful.
I've been practicing healing arts since 2007, but in 2019—worn down by caregiver fatigue and feeling lost in my own life—I began studying Depth Hypnosis with Isa Gucciardi. What I found was a path back to myself, and the tools to help others do the same. I later became an ordained minister through the Foundation of the Sacred Stream so I could more fully serve others.
What I offer now lives at the crossroads of psyche, spirit, and the body's deep intelligence.
"At the core of being human is being in relationship with life, with each other, and with the natural world. Everything I offer is rooted in helping you build a relationship with yourself, and from there, with everything else in your life."
If you feel called to explore your inner landscape, heal spiritual wounds at the root, and bridge the realms of body, mind, and spirit, you're in the right place.
I'm here to help you return to your own knowing, and walk the path of meaningful transformation. The process may be intense, subtle, surprising, or all of the above. What matters most is bringing what we uncover back into your everyday life, shifting from autopilot to intentionality.
To be human is to be in relationship with life, with each other, and with the natural world. Indigenous traditions have carried this truth with clarity and integrity.
I honor the Indigenous peoples of the lands that have most profoundly shaped my own journey, including the Chimicum, Multnomah, Chinook, Duwamish, Suquamish, Lakota, and Mississippi Ioway peoples. I offer ongoing respect and gratitude to them. I pray that the rainbow of peoples now living across the Americas continue to discover and protect right-relationship with Life, guided by the original wisdom of these lands.
I'm also deeply grateful to the spiritual teachers and living traditions whose insight and medicine have nourished my body, mind, and spirit. May these traditions be supported at their roots and continue to thrive for the benefit of all beings.
A special thank you to Isa Gucciardi and the Foundation of the Sacred Stream, whose teachings offered me a clear and grounded lens for service, helping my mercurial mind find the ground for the light.
While my work is non-denominational, if I had to name my spiritual orientation, I'd say I'm a Gnostic Animist and a student of Tibetan Sciences. Gnosticism offers mystical insight; animism honors the sacredness of all life, even in its messiness. Tibetan Sciences deepen this path with practices that explore mind, energy, and body as vehicles for healing, awareness, and liberation.
At the heart of my work is a devotion to helping others in living their fullest, most authentic lives, guided by their own inner compass. This same commitment guides my own path as well. Everything I offer is rooted in that intention.
